How to choose the right cooling pad machine
If you are setting up a new plant, start with the complete production line so the resin, gluing, corrugating, oven, cutting and sawing stages are matched for the same paper width and pad type. If you already run a line, match the replacement machine to your existing kraft paper width, flute depth and fuel availability before comparing price.
For a fast quotation, share three details: target pad type (7090, 7060, 6090 or 5090), roll width (1100 mm or 740 mm), and whether your factory prefers LPG, PNG or electric heating where applicable. This lets our team recommend the right stage, layout and delivery schedule without guesswork.
