Complete line supply
A complete evaporative (honeycomb) cooling pad production line consists of six machines — resin, gluing, corrugated, oven, cutting and sawing — that convert kraft paper rolls into finished 7090, 7060, 6090 and 5090 cooling pads. Sharma Enterprises manufactures the full line at its factory in Pooth Khurd, Delhi, and supplies it with installation, operator training and a 1-year warranty.

The Delhi advantage
No customs duty, ocean freight or currency risk — and quotations in INR with GST invoice (GSTIN 07CLDPS5757C3ZV).
Commissioning, training and service visits from Delhi — not a technician flown in from overseas weeks later.
Rollers, blades, burners and control parts ship the same week, keeping your line running through peak season.
Buying guide
A complete line includes six machines in sequence: a resin machine (impregnates kraft paper), a gluing machine, a corrugated machine (forms 5 mm or 7 mm flutes), an oven machine (cures the block), a cutting machine and a sawing machine (sizes the finished pads). Sharma Enterprises manufactures all six at its Delhi factory and supplies them as one matched line.
A typical line runs with 5–6 operators plus one line supervisor. The oven, cutter and saw are largely automatic, so most manual work is at paper loading and final packing.
Pricing depends on the line model (1100 mm or 740 mm paper width), fuel choice (LPG, PNG or electric) and the level of automation. Because we manufacture in Delhi, buyers in India avoid import duty, ocean freight and long spare-part lead times. Send your requirement through the inquiry form and you will receive a configured quotation within 24 hours.
Both line models produce the four standard evaporative pad types — 7090, 7060, 6090 and 5090 — from virgin or resin-coated kraft paper, in 1100 mm or 740 mm roll widths.
Production takes about 7–30 days depending on configuration, delivery 7–15 days within India, and our engineers commission the line and train your operators at your site. Core components carry a 1-year warranty with 24/7 technical support after that.
