Cooling pad production line

A complete line includes six machines in sequence: a resin machine (impregnates kraft paper), a gluing machine, a corrugated machine (forms 5 mm or 7 mm flutes), an oven machine (cures the block), a cutting machine and a sawing machine (sizes the finished pads). Sharma Enterprises manufactures all six at its Delhi factory and supplies them as one matched line.

A typical line runs with 5–6 operators plus one line supervisor. The oven, cutter and saw are largely automatic, so most manual work is at paper loading and final packing.

Pricing depends on the line model (1100 mm or 740 mm paper width), fuel choice (LPG, PNG or electric) and the level of automation. Both line models produce the four standard evaporative pad types — 7090, 7060, 6090 and 5090 — from virgin or resin-coated kraft paper, in 1100 mm or 740 mm roll widths.
