Inside the works at Pooth Khurd

These photographs are taken on our own factory floor in Village Pooth Khurd, Delhi — not stock imagery. You can see complete cooling pad production lines under assembly, individual machines at the fabrication and testing stages, and finished honeycomb cooling pads produced on our lines during customer trials. Every machine is test-run with real kraft paper before dispatch, which is why several photos show freshly made 7090 and 5090 pads stacked beside the cutting and sawing stations.

We photograph machines exactly as they ship: the frames, rollers, heating chambers and control panels you see here are the same build standard that arrives at your site. Buyers comparing manufacturers often ask for proof that a supplier actually fabricates in-house rather than trading imported equipment — this page, together with a factory visit, is that proof.

See the machines running — in person or on video

Photographs show the build quality; a running line shows the speed and pad finish. We welcome factory visits Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00 — the works is about an hour from central Delhi and twenty minutes from the Bawana industrial area. If you are outside Delhi or overseas, message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange a live video tour of the exact machine configuration you are considering, including a production run with your preferred pad type.
